Olde Town Tree Lighting 2026
The 21st Annual Holiday Tree Lighting is November 28, 5–7 PM. Join the brass band march, watch the tree light up at 6 PM, then stay for live music, skating, and shopping. Parking is free, or take the G Line!

About the event
Event Schedule & Highlights:
5:00 PM: Festive brass band march starting in front of Eli Ashby/Carly’s Boutique with Guerrilla Fanfare leading us through the streets of Olde Town (join the march at 7401 Grandview Avenue)
6:00 PM: Grand holiday tree lighting ceremony in Olde Town Square, hosted by Mayor Lauren Simpson.
Pre and post-lighting live music (5:30PM – 7:00 PM): Live music in the Olde Town Square, Skating in the Square, and holiday shopping galore! Let’s eat, drink and be merry in Olde Town!
Don’t forget! All parking is FREE in Olde Town! And, more than 600 covered spots in the Olde Town parking Hub- also FREE (5575 Vance Street) – stay as long as you would like.
Love to sip and stroll? Olde Town has you covered! Simply ask your server for a “to go” drink and you can enjoy freely under our beautiful lights in our pedestrian zone.
